My Story

Hello cookie lovers!

My name is Naomi Walz and I am the creator and operator of The Vintage Cookie Jar.

My primary love is for my husband and fur children!

My career is as a Registered Massage Therapist, and although I have always enjoyed helping people heal and destress through therapeutic treatments, I can't help but want to tap into my more creative and artistic side.

In early 2015, I discovered the art of decorating cookies and I am now hooked! In late 2015 I decided to turn my love of cookie decorating into a small business. I absolutely love creating cookie art and of course I also enjoy helping people add that special and unique touch to their parties and events!

When creating my cookies I use only the best ingredients. I choose to use natural ingredients such as unbleached flour, pure vanilla extract and organic eggs. I strive to make my cookies taste just as wonderful as they look!

As this is important to me, I will mention that I live in a non smoking household which is where I do all of my baking.

I truly do enjoy making and decorating cookies, and I knew from the very first time that my piping bag touched the surface of a cookie that this was going to be a life long passion!

Whatever the occasion, I welcome the challenge of creating a cookie that will not only be eye-catching but delicious as well!
